My job is transforming a design to a fully functional website. I don't always stick to this part of the job: it happens that I sometimes take part in the creative process of designing a website. Or exactly the opposite: the last years I'm digging deeper into the server-side coding of more complex websites and applications.

I feel pretty confident when it comes to frontend development. I've had quite some difficulties with buggy IE6, but I'm glad that the web is moving past the station of crossbrowser issues, and is more about optimalisation of performance and new semantic possibilities.
